Customers and teammates often use more than one number—work desk, mobile, WhatsApp, etc. Adding all of them keeps call logs, notes, and analytics in one place.

Need to add numbers in bulk? Use **Contacts » Import CSV**. Download the template → fill *secondary_phones* column → Import.Scenario | What Happens / Fix |

Duplicate number | You’ll see “Number already exists in another contact” → choose Merge or Cancel. |
Invalid format | “Enter a valid phone number” error—ensure country code. |
No Add Number button? → Check that your role has Contacts » Edit permission under Settings » Users & Roles.
Toast doesn’t appear? → Refresh; if still failing, clear browser cache or try Incognito.
