Can I add multiple fields for the same contact?

Yes! You can store multiple phone numbers—such as work, personal, or mobile—for a single contact in MyOperator.

Steps to Add Multiple Phone Numbers

  1. Log in to your MyOperator Dashboard.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click Contacts.
  3. Select Manage Contacts.
  4. Use the search bar to find the contact you want to update.
  5. Click Edit on the right side of the contact’s entry.
  6. In the Secondary Phone Number section, click Add Number and enter the additional phone(s).
  7. (Optional) Add any custom fields (e.g., “Work,” “Mobile”) to label each number.
  8. Click Save. You’ll see a confirmation message, and the contact’s details will now list all saved numbers.

Notes & Limitations

  • You can add up to 2 phone numbers per contact.
  • Avoid duplicate numbers—MyOperator won’t allow the same number to be saved twice.
  • For changes via mobile app, follow the same steps under Contacts → Edit Contact.
