Can I add multiple fields for the same contact?
Yes! You can store multiple phone numbers—such as work, personal, or mobile—for a single contact in MyOperator.
Steps to Add Multiple Phone Numbers
- Log in to your MyOperator Dashboard.
- In the left-hand menu, click Contacts.
- Select Manage Contacts.
- Use the search bar to find the contact you want to update.
- Click Edit on the right side of the contact’s entry.
- In the Secondary Phone Number section, click Add Number and enter the additional phone(s).
- (Optional) Add any custom fields (e.g., “Work,” “Mobile”) to label each number.
- Click Save. You’ll see a confirmation message, and the contact’s details will now list all saved numbers.

Notes & Limitations
- You can add up to 2 phone numbers per contact.
- Avoid duplicate numbers—MyOperator won’t allow the same number to be saved twice.
- For changes via mobile app, follow the same steps under Contacts → Edit Contact.
