How can I block a caller directly from the web panel?

If you're getting spam, telemarketing, or unwanted calls through your MyOperator number, you can block the caller easily from your web dashboard. You have two methods:

  • 📞 From Call Logs (after the call happens)
  • 🚫 From Block List (preemptively)
Prerequisites
  • You must have Admin or Manager access.
  • Enter numbers in international format (e.g., +91XXXXXXXXXX).

📞 Method 1: Block from Call Logs

  1. Log in at panel.myoperator.com
  2. Click Logs in the top menu.
  3. Search or scroll to the number.
  4. Click the ︙ (three-dot menu) next to the call.
  5. Select Block Caller.
  6. Confirm when prompted.

Result: That number is now blocked from all your MyOperator lines.

🚫 Method 2: Add to Block List Manually

Use this to block a number before it calls.<details><summary><strong>Step-by-step:</strong></summary>

  1. Log in to panel.myoperator.com
  2. In the left menu, go to Call > Block List.
  3. Click Add Number.
  4. Enter the number (e.g., +91XXXXXXXXXX).
  5. Optionally, add a note or reason.
  6. Click Save.

Result: The number is rejected automatically if it tries to call.

🛠️ Troubleshooting & Notes

  • Blocked numbers appear under Call > Block List.
  • To unblock, go to the Block List and click Remove next to the number.
  • Blocked callers cannot leave voicemails or reach your IVRs.
  • Don’t see the “Block Caller” option? Your role may lack permissions — contact MyOperator Support.
