How to synchronize users between MyOperator and Zoho CRM?

The email ID of the MyOperator user should be the same as Zoho CRM user. If you have added new users in Zoho CRM, you can resync Users - https://connect.myoperator.com/phonebridge_user.
  1. Add company ID
  2. Please add the following after-call webhook in the panel.
  3. Login MyOperator→ Manage→ API Integration→ Webhook→ Add new (AfterCall Webhook)
  4. Method: POST
  5. URL: https://connect.myoperator.com/api/1.1/wf/phonebridge_aftercall/
  6. Content-Type: JSON
