- Go to the Templates section in MyOperator
- Youβll see one of the following statuses next to your template:
- Pending β Under review
- Approved β Ready to use
- Rejected β Not accepted (hover over for reason)

- Meta uses AI + human review to check that the content matches the selected category (Utility, Marketing, or Authentication)
- If your message includes promotional content but is submitted as Utility, it may be:
- Recategorized automatically
- Rejected for policy mismatch

- Click the status icon to view the rejection reason
- Edit the message to remove violations (e.g., incorrect category, unsupported formatting)
