What is “Incoming SMS”?

Incoming SMS is a special feature of MyOperator that gives your customers the privilege to connect with you through SMSes. In addition to making calls, they can now get their queries resolved by sending SMSes on your Virtual number.

Note: Incoming SMS is applicable only for GSM (Global System for mobile) sims.

If you have a Toll free number and want to view the details of the SMSes you receive, refer to the FAQ “Can I receive SMSes on my Toll free number?
