What is the process for changing the Call flow?
1. Login to your MyOperator panel and click on "Manage" at the top.
2. In the settings section click on “Design Callflow”.
3. Click on Edit of your IVR.
4. You can also edit your earlier saved drafts from the bottom.
5. If you wish to get your call flow re-recorded with a new voice artist, go to the Preview section and request a new voice artist (It would be chargeable as per actual).
In case you are still facing difficulty while updating your Call flow, please follow the below steps:
