Where can I find the Live Call Widget in MyOperator?

  1. Log in to the MyOperator Web Panel.

  1. Look at the bottom-left corner of the page. • If collapsed, click the chevron ▲ to expand.

• Live call rows — caller number, assigned agent, status chip (Ringing, Connected, On hold).

• Agent availability panel — who is Available or Away.

6. Edge cases & limitations

• Web-only; not present in mobile apps or public API.

• Widget collapses automatically on screens < 1024 px wide.

• Real-time feed may pause if browser tab is inactive for > 5 minutes (Chrome throttling).

  1. No calls are active in your workspace.
  2. Your role lacks View Live Calls permission.
  3. You’re using an unsupported browser (IE, Safari < 14).
