Call quality, call drops and network congestion have been issues that all telecom operators are facing lately.
We at MyOperator have developed advanced algorithms that re-route calls whenever our systems detect such issues.
MyOperator is also re-routing calls through low congestion telecom circles, mainly tier 2 cities like Ahmedabad, Jaipur, etc. which will further reduce call drops and improve call quality/call clarity.
However, users still have the option to re-route calls manually from a different telecom network.
1.
Login and go to the "
Manage" section in the MyOperator panel.
2. Navigate to "Design callflow".
3. Go to "Advance setting" from the left menu.
4. Click on "Edit" in front of "Route settings".
5. Now click on the "Switch" button to change the routing.

Please note that changing the call route does not guarantee that call quality will improve or reduction in call drops, it is just a mechanism by which you can change the telecom operator through which your calls will be routed.
