Why am I not receiving my MyOperator reports?
If you have subscribed to MyOperator's Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly reports but haven't received them, follow the troubleshooting steps below:
Verify Contact Information
Ensure your registered phone number or email address is correct:
- Log in to your MyOperator panel.
- Go to Settings > Profile Settings.
- Verify that your phone number and email address are accurate and correctly formatted.
Check Email Spam/Junk Folder
Reports might occasionally land in your spam or junk email folder:
- Open your email account.
- Navigate to the Spam/Junk folder.
- If you find your reports there, mark the email as "Not spam" to ensure future reports land in your inbox.
Confirm Number is India-Based
MyOperator currently supports report delivery only to Indian phone numbers:
- Check your phone number. Ensure it's an Indian-based number.
- International numbers cannot receive SMS reports from MyOperator.
Ensure Number is a MyOperator User
Reports via SMS are only delivered to phone numbers registered as users in your MyOperator account:
- Visit Settings > Users in your MyOperator panel.
- Confirm the phone number you're using is listed as an active user.
- Add the number as a user if it's not already listed.
Troubleshooting Persistent Issues
If you've completed the above steps and still aren't receiving your reports:
- Email our support team directly at support@myoperator.co.
- Include your registered contact details and the specific report you're missing for faster resolution.
