• 🔄 Reordering works only within the same button type group:
• Quick Reply buttons can be reordered among themselves.
• CTA (Call-to-Action) buttons such as Phone / URL can be reordered among themselves.
• 🚫 You cannot move a Quick Reply button below a CTA button or vice versa.
• 🧭 Final button order directly affects the user experience—it should reflect a logical sequence (e.g., Confirm → Reschedule → Cancel).
