From that point forward, customers automatically receive real-time WhatsApp updates each time the selected order event occurs.

• On every chosen event, the customer receives a WhatsApp message populated with live order data.
• Links (if any) open the order status page in Shopify.
• Template status is Pending or Rejected → messages fail.
