How can I transfer my contacts from one account to another?

Applies to: Web dashboard, workspace owners & admins
Time required: ≈ 3 minutes • Prerequisites:
  • You have Admin rights on both accounts.
  • Contacts are stored in CSV or XLSX (UTF-8).
  • Pop-ups are allowed in your browser for file downloads.

Step 1 — Export contacts from Account A

  1. Sign in to the MyOperator dashboard for Account A.
  2. Navigate to Manage ▸ Contacts.
  3. (Optional) Use Filters to narrow the list—for example, Department = Sales.
  4. Click Select All or tick specific rows.
  5. Open the Actions ▸ Export menu and choose CSV.
  6. Press Download. A file named contacts-YYYY-MM-DD.csv is saved to your computer.
