How can I transfer ongoing calls from the live call widget?

To transfer an ongoing call directly from the web panel, follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Click on the "Transfer" option in the Live call widget.

2. A dialog box will appear wherein a list of all your existing users will appear.

3. Choose the user to whom you want to transfer the call and click on “Go’’.
