How can I view the details of my account usage directly from the web panel?

Use these steps whenever you need to confirm how many call minutes, users, or SMS credits you have left before the next billing cycle.

Prerequisites

  • Your login email must have Admin or Billing permission.
  • Supported browsers: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari – latest two versions.
Tip: On mobile, tap the menu first, then follow the same labels.

Step-by-step

  1. Sign in to the MyOperator dashboard
    https://panel.myoperator.com/login
  2. In the upper-right corner, click Account Options
  3. Select Account Usage.
  4. Review the table:
    • Feature (e.g., Incoming Minutes)
    • Allocated units in your plan
    • Consumed units used so far
      A progress bar highlights anything over 90 % usage.
  5. Scroll to the footer to see Next Billing Date and a shortcut to Upgrade Plan if you’re low on credits.
