How do I upload a sound file to the MyOperator Audio Library?

3 — Upload via Web Dashboard (Desktop & Tablet)

  1. Sign in at https://myoperator.com/login.
  2. In the left sidebar, select Call.
  3. Click Settings, then Design Callflow.
  4. In the side panel, choose Audio Library.
  5. Click the + Add files button.
  6. In the modal, click Choose file and select your audio.
  7. Optional: Add a display name (shown in callflows).
  8. Click Upload.

6 — What Happens Next

  • The file appears under Audio Library with a waveform preview.
  • Click ▶︎ to listen or ⋯ » Assign to node to attach it to a callflow.
  • Version history lets you roll back within 30 days.
