I want all my call details via email. How can I subscribe for it?
Use this when you want a once-a-day summary of recent call activity delivered automatically.
Prerequisites
- Access to the web dashboard and the Reports → Call Reports page.
- To add other recipients, your role must allow managing report subscriptions. If you don’t see Settings, contact your workspace admin.

Steps: Subscribe to daily call reports
- Open the dashboard and go to Reports → Call Reports.

- Click Settings.
- Under Recipients, select yourself and any users who should get the report.
- Under Delivery method, choose Email, SMS, or both.
- Set the Preferred delivery time (check the time zone shown on the page).
- Click Save. A confirmation banner will appear when your changes are saved.
Result: What you’ll receive
- A daily call report sent at the time you set.
- The first report typically arrives within the next 24 hours after saving your settings.
Troubleshooting
- Can’t find Settings? You may not have permission to manage report recipients. Ask your workspace admin.
- Not receiving emails? Check Spam/Junk, add the sender to your allowlist, and confirm your account email is verified.
- Not receiving SMS? Confirm your mobile number in your profile and that SMS is supported for your number.
- Wrong time? Verify the account or report time zone and your selected Preferred delivery time.
- Still stuck? Contact Support (include a timestamp of when you expected the report).

- Example setup: Recipients — You, Priya; Delivery — Email + SMS; Time — 6:30 PM (IST).
- Change later: Return to Reports → Call Reports → Settings, adjust recipients/method/time, then Save.
