Is there any way, I can take a backup for all the contacts?

  • Routine backup—keep a local copy of every contact.
  • CRM migration—import MyOperator contacts into another system.
  • Compliance—maintain off-platform archives for audit trails.

Admin or Manager role

Only these roles can see the Export button.

Desktop browser

Full contact-export is available only on the web panel (mobile app currently supports view-only).

Stable internet

The CSV file is generated in real time. Large accounts (>50 k contacts) may take a few minutes.

Step-by-step (Web Panel)

  1. Sign in at https://app.myoperator.com.
  2. From the top bar, choose Manage › Contacts.
  3. Click Actions (top right) and select Export › All contacts.
  4. A CSV file named myoperator-contacts-YYYY-MM-DD.csv downloads automatically.
    • File contains: Name, Number, Email, Tag, Owner, Created At.
  5. Open or import the CSV into Excel, Google Sheets, or any CRM that accepts CSV.

Expected result

  • You receive a CSV with one row per contact.
  • No data is removed from MyOperator; this is a read-only export.
