What are the integration steps for MyOperator Panel with Zoho Phonebridge?
Before integrating the phone bridge, Go to Zoho CRM → Telphony→ Download MyOperator App and enable it for all users.
Integration Steps
- Go to Zoho Phonebridge Integration ( https://connect.myoperator.com/zoho_phonebridge )
- Enter Company ID (You can get company ID from myoperator→ Manage→ API Integration → public API → you will find the company ID)
- Enter Secret key (You can get the secret key from myoperator→ Manage→ API Integration→ public API page → you will find the secret key)
- Enter API token (You can get API token from myoperator→ Manage→ API Integration→public API page →you will find the API token)
- Enter IVR ID ( Manage→ Outgoing→ Campaign→ Enter ID of peer-to-peer campaign, if not exist, create a new peer-to-peer campaign)
- Click on the integrated button.
- It will redirect to the success page
- The email ID of the MyOperator user should be the same as Zoho CRM user. If you have added new users in Zoho CRM, you can resync Users -
- Add company ID
- Please add the following after-call webhook in the panel.
- Login MyOperator→ Manage→ API Integration→ Webhook→ Add new (AfterCall Webhook)
