What are the mandatory fields when adding a contact?

When adding a new contact in MyOperator, you must provide the following mandatory information:

  • Name: Enter the full name of your contact.
  • Phone Number: At least one valid phone number is required.

Prerequisites

  • Ensure you have admin or editor-level permissions to add contacts.
  • You must be logged into your MyOperator account.

How to add a new contact:

  1. Log in to your MyOperator panel at https://app.myoperator.com.
  2. From the left navigation menu, select Contacts.
  3. Click on Add New Contact.
  4. Fill in the mandatory fields (Name and Phone Number) and any additional optional details (e.g., email, address).
  5. Click Save to finalize.

Expected Outcome

After saving, the new contact will appear in your contacts list. A confirmation message stating "Contact added successfully" will appear.
