What is SMS notification?
When a customer calls on a toll-free / non-toll-free number, the
user receives a text message with the customer contact, number, department in which the customer/caller was connected to along with the date and time, once the call is connected. This helps in keeping the record of the callers through SMSes.
Even customers calling can receive SMSes which is generally known as
SMS to callers. But for which you shall be charged extra.
Charges are applicable for both side of SMSes.
