What roles have access to WhatsApp functionalities?
Role: The Manager/Admin/Owner can perform the following functions:
WhatsApp Account: Create and view all connected WhatsApp accounts.
Templates: Create, delete, and view all approved and pending templates.
Campaigns: Run and view all campaigns.
Chat: Engage in conversations with customers.
Role: Call Agent: By default, has access to Chat only.
Note: The Owner has the authority to grant or revoke permissions for any role.
