How can I access the Campaign Feature in WhatsApp?

The Campaign feature in WhatsApp (via MyOperator) allows you to send bulk or targeted template-based messages to your customers directly from your MyOperator dashboard.


✅ Prerequisites

Before you can access the Campaign feature, make sure the following conditions are met:

  • You have WhatsApp Business API (WABA) enabled via MyOperator

  • Your account role is Admin or has Marketing privileges
  • You are using a desktop browser (the Campaign feature is not available on mobile)

🧭 Quick Steps to Access Campaigns

  1. Log in to your MyOperator dashboard.
  2. From the left-hand Manage menu, go to:
    WhatsApp → Campaigns

  3. On the Campaigns page, click Create Campaign.

  4. In the Campaign Setup screen:
    • Select your approved message template
    • Choose your audience
    • Upload contact list (CSV/Excel)
