Why am I not receiving notification messages after my calls?

Why am I not receiving notification messages after my calls?

There could be two reasons for this:
  1. The name of your department exceeds 16 characters.
  2. There is a network outage or maybe the servers are busy. Therefore, you may get a delayed message notification.
