No. Call logs cannot be deleted in MyOperator. They’re retained for compliance, audit, and reporting.
If you need to declutter your views, archive the logs instead—this hides them from the default list without removing the data.

What archiving does (and doesn’t) do
- Hides, not deletes: Archived logs are removed from your default list but stay in your account.
- Still discoverable: You can search/filter for archived logs and unarchive them anytime.
- Reports/exports: Archived logs may appear in reports/exports unless you filter by Archived = No.
- Retention: Data retention follows your account/policy settings (ask your admin if you’re unsure).
Before you start
- Who can archive: Typically Admin/Manager (permissions may vary by account).
- Where: MyOperator Dashboard → Call Logs.
- What you’ll need: The list view with checkboxes to select entries.
How to archive call logs

- Navigate to the Logs section in the sidebar.

- Select the logs you want to archive by checking the boxes.

- Click the Archive icon (📥) at the top of the log list.
Archived logs are moved to a separate tab and are no longer visible in your default view.

Expected result: The selected logs disappear from the default view and are marked as Archived.
Find or unarchive archived logs
- In Call Logs, open Filters / Advanced.
- Under Criteria → Call property, set Archived = Yes and Apply.
- Select desired entries → click Unarchive on the toolbar.
Expected result: Logs return to your default view immediately (or within ~1–2 minutes during peak load).
Troubleshooting
- I can’t see the Archive button.
You may lack permission or have no rows selected. Ask your account admin to confirm Archive access.
- I archived something, but it still shows.
Refresh the page or clear filters. If it persists, re-apply the Archived filter to verify state.
- Archived logs appear in my export.
Add a filter Archived = No before exporting, or exclude the Archived state in your report builder.
- Can Support delete logs for me?
No. Deletion isn’t supported; archiving is the recommended alternative.
