✅ Prerequisites

  • You must be logged in as an Admin or Callflow Manager.
  • Editing IVR is only supported on desktop browsers.

🛠 Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Access Callflow Design

  • From the left sidebar, click Call.
  • Under the “Call” menu, click Design Callflow.

2. Open IVR Settings

  • In the callflow editor, click Advanced Settings in the left pane.

3. Make Desired Changes

You can now:

  • Change the welcome greeting.
  • Configure DTMF key actions (what each number press does).
  • Add or remove departments.
  • Adjust time-based routing rules.

4. Save Changes

  • Click the Save button at the bottom right.

🧪 What Happens Next

Your IVR settings will be live immediately after saving. To confirm:

  • Call your business number and walk through the flow.
  • Check that greetings, keypress routing, and timings work as expected.
