How do I view and filter Call Reports in MyOperator?

    1. Time Frame: Today, Week, Month, Custom
    2.  Grouping: User, Department, Group 
    3. Call Type: Incoming / Outgoing

Navigate to “All Company Data” /departments (top-left) to see combined reports if you have multiple groups

  1. Click widgets (Overview, Trends, Performance) to drill down.
  2. Hover any widget → Export → CSV/PNG if you need a download.

  1. Install & sign in to the MyOperator mobile app.
  2. Tap Reports.
  3. Choose the Time frame and Grouping.
  4. Swipe across Overview → Trends → Performance.

5. What you’ll see (charts & filters) 

• Pie chart: Connected vs Missed.

• Line chart: Daily/Weekly call volume

• Pickup% tables for Users & Departments.

• On-Call-Time table: total minutes / avg duration.
