⚡Quick answer-
Go to Manage → Users, open the … (three-dot) menu next to the Super Admin (Owner), click Edit, update the fields, and click Save. If you changed the email, the new address must verify the link sent.
When should I use this guide?
Follow these steps when the current Super Admin’s (Owner) contact info is wrong or has changed, and you need audit logs, notifications, and login credentials to reflect the new details.
1. Prerequisites & permissions
• You are signed in as an Organisation Owner with “Edit Super Admin” permission.
• You can open Manage → Users
2. Update Super Admin details (web app)
- In the left nav, click Manage → Users.

Alt text: Manage → Users
- Find the user with the Super Admin (Owner) badge (use the search bar if needed).

Alt text: Edit the fields you need
- Click the … (three-dot) menu on that row and select Edit.
- Update the fields you need:
- Name (e.g., Jamie K. Lee)
- Work email
- Phone (e.g., +1 415 555 0199)
- Click Save.
- If you changed the email, ask the Super Admin (Owner) to click the verification link sent to the new address.
3. Update Super Admin details (mobile browser)
- Sign in, open the main menu, and tap Manage.
- Tap Users.
- Locate the Super Admin (Owner), tap the ⋯ menu, then Edit.
- Update the required fields and tap Save.
- Complete email verification if prompted.
Expected result: A success banner appears, the profile shows the new values, and—if the email changed—the status displays Pending verification until confirmed.
4. When you CANNOT edit the Super Admin (Owner)
• No “…/Edit” option – Your role lacks the “Edit Super Admin” (owner) permission. Sign in as a Super Admin (owner) or request permission from an Owner.
5. Troubleshooting
Q: 2FA fails after changing the email.
A: The Super Admin must re-enrol 2FA. An Owner can reset 2FA from the same … → Edit dialogue.
