Who should use which KYC method

  • Use Aadhaar e-KYC if the authorized signatory has an Aadhaar number with access to the registered mobile for OTP. Fastest approval.
  • Use Manual verification if you don’t wish to use Aadhaar or your Aadhaar-linked mobile isn’t available.

Prerequisites

  • Authorized signatory details: Legal name, email, and mobile number.
  • Business details: Legal entity name (Sole Prop/Partnership/LLP/Pvt Ltd), registered address.
  • Scans/photos: Clear, color images; full document visible; file types PDF/JPG/PNG, ≤10 MB each (recommended).
  • Name match: The signatory name on the ID must match the account application.

Option 1: Aadhaar-based e-KYC (instant)

  1. In Signup → KYC, select Aadhaar e-KYC.
  2. Enter your Aadhaar number and submit.
  3. Enter the OTP sent to your Aadhaar-registered mobile.
  4. On success, your KYC status becomes ‘Verified’ instantly.

Result you should see: A green Verified badge on the KYC card and access to the dashboard without restrictions.

Option 2: Manual document upload (~48 hours)

  1. In Signup → KYC, select Manual verification.
  2. Upload one ID proof (signatory) and one address proof (business).
  3. Review and confirm details; click Submit for review.

B. Business address proof (any one)

How to confirm verification status

  • Go to Dashboard → Settings → KYC.
  • Check the KYC Status: Verified, Pending review, or More info required.
  • If More info required, open the request to see exact reasons and re-upload the specific page/document.

Common issues & how to fix them

  • Didn’t receive Aadhaar OTP → Confirm the mobile linked to Aadhaar is active; retry in 60 seconds; avoid Do-Not-Disturb filtering.
  • Name or address mismatch → Provide a supporting document (e.g., GST certificate or incorporation document) that shows the current legal name/address.
  • Blurry or cropped scans → Re-scan in color; avoid glare; include all corners and signatures/stamps.
  • Wrong document type → Ensure ID proof = person, Address proof = business.
  • Expired document → Upload a valid, current document; bills should be recent.
  • Manual KYC delayed → Reply to the acknowledgment email with “Follow-up on KYC – <CompanyName>” and attach clearer copies if requested.
