What can I do in the MyOperator Account & Personal Preferences tabs under the Billing section?

  1. Log in to MyOperator Web Panel.

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the left sidebar → click Billing → Preferences.

  1. In the Personal tab, click Edit next to Name or Email, or Change Password.

5. Success checklist

✓ New name/email displays in the header.

✓ You can sign in with the new password (if changed).

✓ Role/extension info visible in Account tab (read-only unless Super Admin).

• Email changes require a verification link (check spam).

• Password rules: minimum 8 characters, 1 upper, 1 number, 1 symbol.

• Some account fields (Dept, Take-Calls) are managed under Manage → Users.
