What is an advanced filter?

When should I use an Advanced Filter?

Create an Advanced Filter when the built-in quick filters (Today, Missed Calls, etc.) don’t answer a specific reporting question—e.g., “All inbound IVR calls from Mumbai last week that lasted < 30 sec.

Prerequisites

  • Role: Admin or Supervisor
  • Plan: Standard or above
  • Browser: Chrome 109+ or Edge 109+ (mobile steps follow)

Sign in at app.myoperator.comLogs.

Logs page opens.

Click Advanced ▾ above the log table.

Advanced Filter panel slides in.

Choose parameters. Example: Call Type = Inbound``Duration < 30 sec``City = Mumbai

Matching calls appear instantly.

Click Save to List.

Save Filter dialog appears.

Name the filter (e.g., Short Mumbai IVR) → Save.

Success toast: “Filter saved.”

Result

Your new filter is now listed under Logs ▸ Filter List and is shareable via URL or CSV export.
