What's new in MyOperator (Jan 2018)?

This release improves billing and payments, call flow & IVR, and user/department management. You can now download invoices, self‑serve plan changes, set up auto‑pay, configure low‑balance alerts, build drag‑and‑drop call flows, request professional voice prompts, and manage users, departments, and GST info more easily.

How to access these features

Invoices (PDF)

  1. Go to Manage → Billing → Invoices.
  2. Filter by month and click Download PDF.

Change plan

  1. Open Manage → Billing → Plan Settings.
  2. Click Change Plan. Choose a plan and confirm.

Enable auto‑pay

  1. Open Manage → Billing → Payments.
  2. Add a payment method and enable Auto‑pay.

Set low‑balance alerts

  1. Go to Manage → Billing → Alerts.
  2. Set a threshold and notification recipients.

Create a call flow

  1. Open Manage → Call Flow/IVR → Create Flow.
  2. Drag blocks to build routing and click Save.

Request a voice artist

  1. Go to Manage → Call Flow/IVR → Voice Prompts.
  2. Click Request Recording and upload your script.

Add GSTIN and business details

  1. Open Manage → Billing → Settings.
  2. Enter Business Name, Address, and GSTIN. Click Save.

Create users and departments

  1. Go to Manage → Users to add users and set roles.
  2. Open Manage → Departments to group users and set rules.

Availability and rollout

  • The features began rolling out in December 2017 and were part of the January 2018 update.
  • Some options may appear under slightly different menu labels based on your UI version.
  • If you do not see a feature, contact Support to confirm availability on your plan.

Troubleshooting & FAQs

I can’t find Download PDF on Invoices
• Ensure your role has Billing permissions. Try a different month range.

Plan change button is missing
• Contracted plans may require Support to make changes.

Auto‑pay did not renew
• Confirm payment method and 3‑D Secure/OTP. Check for bank notifications.

Calls are not reaching departments correctly
• Review the flow builder for missing branches and check department timings.

Where do I enter GSTIN?
• Use Manage → Billing → Settings under Business Info.

How do I submit a voice script?
• Use Voice Prompts → Request Recording and attach your script file.
