How do I access my archived data in MyOperator?

Applies to: Web Dashboard (Agent, Manager, Admin roles)

1  Why you might need archived data

  • Audit & compliance. Retrieve logs older than your live‑data retention period.
  • Analytics. Re‑import historic CSV files into BI tools.
  • Record recovery. Restore deleted notes or user lists.

2  Prerequisites

Reports → Export permission enabled.

Browser

Latest Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.

Pop‑ups

Pop‑ups allowed for myoperator.com.

Email access

You can receive email at the address you specify during export.

3  Method 1 – Export a CSV (recommended)

  1. Sign in to https://panel.myoperator.com.
  2. From the left navigation, click Reports ▶ Export.
  3. In Data Type, choose one:
    • Logs – call, SMS, and IVR events.
    • Notes – agent‑added comments.
    • Users – user & extension list.
  4. (Optional) Click Filters ⚙︎ → enable Archived only and set additional date or tag filters.
  5. Click Export.
  6. Enter the email address where the download link should be sent, then click Send.
  7. Check your inbox for "Your MyOperator export is ready".
  8. Click Download in the email. A ZIP containing a .csv file is delivered.

4  Method 2 – View inside Call Logs (quick look‑up)

  1. Navigate to Call Logs in the sidebar.
  2. Click Advanced Filter on the left.
  3. Enable Status → Archived.
  4. Apply any other filters (date, agent, number) and click Search.
  5. Archived entries appear inline with a grey archive badge.

5  Expected result

  • CSV export: You receive a file named myoperator-archived-[date].csv containing only the filtered rows.
  • Call Logs view: Screen lists all matching archived items; hover to preview or click to expand details.
