How do I archive or unarchive logs?

MyOperator gives you the opportunity to archive or unarchive call logs that are tracked. To: 

Archive Logs:

1. Go to "Logs" and select the logs that you want to archive individually.



2. Click on the "Archive Log" button on the top left. 



Unarchive Logs:

1. Click on "Advance" displayed on the left side of the panel beside the "Filter List". 



2. Click on the "Criteria's" tab - a drop-down of default criteria is listed. Under keyword "Call property", select "Archived". This will show you the numbers that have been archived. 



3. Select the logs that you want to unarchive and click on the "Unarchive" button on the top right.
